Our sweets are a celebration of simplicity and flavor. The core of every Barfi and Ladoo is a perfect blend of Ghee, Milk Solids, Besan, and Sugar. Our signature variety comes from the unique additions that define each dish: Chhena for soft milk sweets, Flaxseed for traditional Pinni, and delicate Spices and Nuts that ensure a distinctly authentic taste in every bite.
Moti Choor Ladoo (the darker, orange-ish ball): Another popular Indian sweet, the name literally translates to "crushed pearls." It's made from very tiny, fine droplets of besan batter (called boondi), which are deep-fried, soaked in a fragrant sugar syrup (flavored with saffron and/or cardamom), and then gently shaped into delicate, melt-in-your-mouth balls. It is known for its sweet, syrupy, and tender texture.
